All you've got to do is cut out your freshly drawn pattern, stick it to the fabric of your choice, and start stitching! When your DIY is done, rinse it all off - the magic paper will dissolve in a few seconds, and you'll be left with your wonderful embroidery piece.
Draw (or copy) onto the paper, cut out your design, stick onto the fabric, stitch and then dissolve the water away in water.
